One of the crucial ways KeyLink's RF power amplifiers are utilized is in jamming, especially for anti-terrorist, electrostatic shielding, vehicular and fixed site configuration, etc. KeyLink designs and manufactures ultra high power broadband RF power amplifiers that can jam various threat signal. In this application, our RF amplifiers are used to directly protect and save lives from invisible dangers.

For jamming application, most of our RF power amplifiers utilize Gallium Nitride (GaN) device with advanced technology LTCC to assure compact design, multi-octaves, highest output power. Our mass products provide phase consistency within 10 degree and amplitudde within 1dB, suitable for array application.
