KeyLink RF amplifiers are widely used for Radiated Immunity: EMI, EMC – Scientifically help EMC compliance labs advance technology and measurement methods. KeyLink utilizes all the state-of-art GaN, LDMOS, MOSFET, GaAs FET and Bipolar RF device technologies on these amplifiers. They are solid state linear designed, compact and of high power. They range up to 1300w for pulse mode, up to 300w for CW mode with broad band and frequency from 1-100M to 6-18G. Functions such as forward detector, current monitor, temperature monitor, VSWR protection and over temp protection are available.
