KeyLink's K and Ka-Band Wideband Power Amplifier Module Series
KeyLink, a leading RF technology company, introduces two new wideband solid-state power amplifiers (SSPAs) covering the K and Ka bands: the KB180400M43B and KB180400M50A. These two products, with their ultra-wideband coverage of 18-40GHz, 100W-level high power output, and superior reliability.
KB180400M43B: A High-Efficiency, Compact Choice
Output Power: Provides 20W of continuous wave output power over an ultra-wide 18-40GHz band.
Design Highlights: Utilizing an 18V low-voltage power supply and measuring only 160x120x45 mm, it achieves a perfect combination of high power density and compact size, making it particularly suitable for space-constrained airborne and shipborne platform integration.
KB180400M50A: High-Gain Performance Version
Output Power: Provides 100W of continuous wave output power, exhibiting stable performance across the entire 18-40GHz frequency band.
Design Highlights: Measuring 360x330x45 mm, it features optimized heat dissipation paths within a standard rack, ensuring stability during prolonged high-load operation.
Technical Advantages:
lUltra-wideband technology: Spanning multiple octaves of instantaneous bandwidth across the 18-40GHz range, supporting frequency agility and complex broadband signal processing, covering a wide range of services without the need for equipment switching.
lAdvanced semiconductor process: Based on cutting-edge power devices such as gallium nitride (GaN) and gallium arsenide (GaAs) and monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) design, ensuring high efficiency, high linearity, and excellent heat dissipation performance at high frequencies.
lHigh-Reliability Design: The product boasts a robust structure, enabling stable operation under complex mechanical and environmental stresses, meeting the stringent requirements of mission-critical systems.
Application Scenarios:
lCommunications: Provides high-power drive for high-throughput satellite ground stations and satellite uplinks, enhancing data transmission rates.
lRadar Systems: Used in the transmission links of high-resolution imaging radar, target recognition radar, and collision avoidance radar, improving detection accuracy and range.
lEW: As a core component of broadband jammers, effectively implementing spectrum suppression and precise jamming.
lTesting and Measurement: Provides a high-power, high-purity signal source for the research, development, and production testing of millimeter-wave devices, antennas, and systems.
Both KB180400M43B and KB180400M50A are available for order. KeyLink offers comprehensive technical documentation, application support, and customization services. In addition to these two products, KeyLink also offers a full range of power amplifiers covering sub-bands such as 18-26.5GHz and 26.5-40GHz, with power ratings up to 200W, and in various form factors including rack-mount, to meet customers' different integration needs from modules to complete systems.
